My private sessions are designed for the clients who require individual attention. The objectives of one-to-one training are built around achieving a high level of focus on personal conditions and helping the client master all intricacies of the Pilates method.
There is a posture analysis carried out early on in the process, to assess the static and dynamic alignment, to detect faulty movement patterns and muscular imbalances in order to establish all the objectives that the individual will be working towards. I deliver all the sessions personally and closely monitor the client’s progress. Meanwhile on the look out for a new studio space I am working on a mobile basis visiting my clients at the privacy of their homes.
Lessons are 55 minutes long. The purpose of the initial session is to gain the information and knowledge about the clients requirements as well as to ask and answer relevant questions. In the ongoing meetings there may be a use of small equipment introduced to the exercise routine, namely:
- Stability Balls
- Weighted Balls
- Mini Balls
- Resistance Bands
- Resistance Circles
- A selection of foam pads
